Cookie policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage in your browser) are small pieces of data stored on your device when you visit a website. This page explains which ones we use on jockybooking.com, why, and how you stay in control of them.
Your choice
The first time you visit the website, you can choose between Accept and Essential only. Cookies for analytics and advertising measurement are only used if you choose Accept. If you make no choice, or choose Essential only, they are not used.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time via at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we remove the cookies that were set on the basis of it.
Always active (no consent required)
- Your cookie choice - we save your choice (
jocky-consent-v1) in your browser's local storage so that we don't need to ask on every visit. It stays there until you change your choice or clear your browser data. - Cookieless visitor statistics (PostHog) - without consent, we measure visits and clicks anonymously, without storing anything on your device. Each visit is counted separately and is not linked to earlier visits. The data is processed within the EU.
- Chat (Crisp) - when you open the chat yourself, an identifier is saved in your browser so that your conversation is kept together as you move between pages.
- Book a demo (Calendly) - the scheduling tool may store functional cookies or similar data on the demo page when you book a time.
With your consent: analytics, improvements and advertising measurement
If you choose Accept, we also use the following:
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) - to understand how the website is used and to measure which of our Google ads lead to enquiries. Google Analytics is linked to our Google Ads account.
_ga- distinguishes one browser from another. Stored for 2 years._ga_06TPR1ZFB8- used to maintain the state of your session. Stored for 2 years.
- PostHog (PostHog Inc., data stored in the EU) - to recognise you on your next visit, so that we can see whether a visit from an ad leads to an enquiry later on.
ph_…_posthog- a random identifier in a cookie and in local storage. Stored for 1 year.
- Improving the website (PostHog) - we may record how the page is used during your visit, such as clicks, scrolling and which pages you move between. This helps us see where things are awkward, so that we can make it easier to find and book the right artist. Anything you type in forms and in the chat is always hidden and never appears in the recording. Recordings are stored within the EU, are only viewed by us at Jocky and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Google may also process the data for its own purposes, for example to show personalised ads. Read more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Browser settings
You can also clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Some features, such as the chat, may then not work properly.
Rules and supervision
The website is run by Jocky AB, a Swedish company. The rules on cookies that apply to us are in the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (lagen (2022:482) om elektronisk kommunikation), chapter 9, section 28. The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (Post- och telestyrelsen, PTS) supervises those rules, and the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) supervises the personal data processed by means of cookies.
